You can use your Fire Stick , Apple TV box, or other similar streaming device to easily connect.
Once that device is setup, you will:
- Choose Lake Mead WiFi on Wi-Fi options on your device.
- Open a browser and you will be directed to a welcome page (referred to as a splash page).
- Choose your plan, create user information, and pay.
- Take note of your username and password.

How to connect your fire stick to hotel Wi-Fi
The smart boat package is designed to allow you to add smart devices that do not work with a splash page. This requires our support team to add your device specifically to our system. To add or change devices, you will need to provide the MAC address of the device you want to add or remove. MAC address can be found on the device box or in the setting controls of your device. Occasionally, you will need to contact the device customer service to find the MAC address.
This option is designed to allow personal security cameras, such as RING, BLINK, etc. This requires our support team to add your device/s specifically to our system. To add or change devices, you will need to provide the MAC address of the device you want to add or remove. MAC address can be found on the device box or in the setting controls of your device. Occasionally, you will need to contact the device customer service to find the MAC address. Do to the higher demand on the Internet system, camera devices do not work under the Smart Boat Package.
Lake Mead Wireless is the authorized provider for internet services at Las Vegas Boat Harbor. Las Vegas Boat Harbor is an authorized concession in the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. Lake Mead Wireless is the only authorized internet provider at Las Vegas Boat Harbor. Lake Mead Wireless provides internet through the Lumen connection.
